Customer Set-Up CheckList
1. Complete the Client Data Profile Sheet (Available by Clicking Here) – If Become-a-Core-Commodities-Calcite-Dealer you have more than one location, where each location will be receiving the product, AND initiates purchase orders and disburses payments separately and apart from other locations, then make a blank copy of the Data Profile Sheet and fill out a separate Data Profile Sheet for each processing location.
2. Complete the Client Receiving/Warehousing Profile (Available by Clicking Here) – If you have more than one delivery/receiving location, then make a blank copy of the Client Receiving/Warehousing Profile and fill out a separate Warehousing Profile for each receiving location.
3. If you have your own 48 ft or 53 ft tractor trailer and would like to do your own pick-ups, we will call you with specific information that must be included on the bill of lading in order to receive the load.
4. Complete the Trade Reference Form (Available by Clicking Here)
5. Provide your Tax Exempt for Resale Certificate
